Shipping and Delivery Policy
Every pair of Zeba hands-free shoes presented on this website is picked, packed and dispatched by Zeba Shoes. This page explains how delivery works and what Synvoraarc does and does not do.
Who ships your order
Synvoraarc is an affiliate storefront. We present the Zeba hands-free sneaker range and link to the official Zeba store, where the purchase is completed. We are not the seller and not the shipper: we hold no stock, operate no warehouse, print no labels and have no account with any carrier. We never see an order, an address or a payment.
Zeba Shoes is the merchant of record. It takes the payment, fulfills the order, dispatches the parcel and stands behind the delivery. The shipping terms that apply are the ones shown at checkout on zebashoes.com when the order is placed. This page explains how that process generally works and how this website relates to it; it is not Zeba's own policy document and does not replace anything the merchant publishes. Where the two differ, the merchant's version governs. We earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through our links, which gives us no role in fulfillment.
At a glance
Checkout is the source of truth
Delivery options, cost, carrier and estimated timeframe are displayed at checkout on the official Zeba store. Those are the figures that apply.
Processing, then transit
Delivery has two stages: the merchant preparing and dispatching the parcel, and the carrier moving it. Only the first is within the merchant's control.
Check the address early
An address can usually be corrected before dispatch and rarely after it. Read the confirmation email the moment it arrives.
Delivery questions go to Zeba
Tracking, redelivery, missing or damaged parcels are all handled by the merchant. Synvoraarc has no access to order records.
Order processing before dispatch
An order does not leave the instant it is paid for. The merchant first confirms the payment, checks the order against stock, picks the correct size, width and colorway, packs the shoes with their box and accessories, and generates a shipping label. Only then does a parcel become something a carrier can collect.
Processing happens during the merchant's working days, so orders placed late in the evening, at a weekend, or on a public holiday will typically be prepared on the next working day, and periods of high demand can add to that. The merchant's Las Vegas store is open six days a week, 10am to 5pm PST, and closed on Sundays.
We publish no processing figure of our own, because any number we invented would be misleading. The handling time and delivery estimate shown at checkout on the official Zeba store are the ones to rely on.
Delivery options and estimates
Delivery services, prices and estimated arrival windows are presented at checkout on the official Zeba store before payment is confirmed. They depend on the destination, the service chosen and the merchant's current carrier arrangements, which is why they belong at checkout and not on a page like this one.
Any timeframe of that kind is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date, normally combining the merchant's processing time with the carrier's expected transit time. Nothing on Synvoraarc should be read as a promise about when a parcel will arrive — we are not in a position to make one.
Tracking your parcel
Once an order has been dispatched, the merchant will normally send a confirmation with tracking details where the chosen service supports it. Tracking usually goes quiet between the label being created and the carrier's first scan — that gap is ordinary and rarely means anything has gone wrong.
If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, or shows a delivery that did not arrive, contact Zeba Shoes. As the merchant of record it is the only party with access to the order record and the one that can open a query with the carrier. Check the porch, a side entrance, a mail room, a concierge and any immediate neighbor first, since carriers sometimes leave parcels in a safe place.
Address accuracy and changing an address
A parcel goes exactly where the address on the label sends it. The address entered at checkout is the customer's responsibility and is worth reading back in full before payment: house or apartment number, street, unit or suite, city, state and ZIP code, plus any access instruction a driver would need. Missing apartment numbers are the most common cause of a parcel going astray.
If a mistake surfaces after the order is placed, contact Zeba Shoes immediately, ideally by telephone on (201) 815-8852. Before a label has been generated an address can usually be corrected without difficulty; once a parcel has been handed to a carrier, any change depends on the carrier's own rules and may not be possible. Synvoraarc cannot amend an address, redirect a parcel or contact a carrier on anyone's behalf.
Undeliverable and refused parcels
A parcel can come back to the merchant for several ordinary reasons: an incomplete address, nobody available to accept a delivery that requires a signature, a parcel left uncollected at a carrier access point, or a delivery refused at the door.
The merchant will normally then contact the customer to arrange redelivery or resolve the order. Any cost of a second dispatch attempt, and how a returned parcel is treated, are matters for Zeba Shoes under its checkout terms. If the shoes are not wanted, it is better to accept the delivery and open a return within the 30-day window described on our Refund and Returns page than to refuse the parcel at the door.
Split shipments and partial deliveries
An order containing more than one item may occasionally travel in more than one parcel, arriving on different days and under separate tracking references. If a delivery looks incomplete, check the merchant's dispatch confirmation before assuming something is missing. If everything was shipped together and part of it is absent, contact Zeba Shoes with the order number and note what did arrive.
Delays outside the merchant's control
Once a parcel is with a carrier, its progress is largely out of the merchant's hands. Severe weather, road closures, carrier backlogs, seasonal peaks, customs inspections and local access problems can all add time to a journey that would otherwise be routine. What the merchant can do is chase the carrier, confirm what its records show, and put right an order that has genuinely gone wrong — which is why delivery problems should go to Zeba Shoes rather than to us.
International orders, duties and taxes
Whether an order can be sent to a particular country, what it costs, which service carries it, and how any duties, taxes or handling charges are treated are all determined by the merchant's own checkout on the official Zeba store. Some destinations may not be served at all.
Import charges are levied by the receiving country's authorities and are normally the recipient's responsibility unless the merchant's checkout states otherwise. Cross-border parcels can also be held for customs inspection. Synvoraarc plays no part in customs, duties or international carriage.
Collecting in person in Las Vegas
Zeba Shoes operates a physical store at 3843 Spring Mountain Road, Las Vegas, NV 89102, open six days a week from 10am to 5pm PST and closed on Sundays. For anyone local or passing through, collecting in person removes carriage from the equation and allows sizes to be tried on the spot.
Whether a particular online order can be held for in-store collection, and whether a given size is on the shelf, are questions for the store itself. Telephone ahead on (201) 815-8852 during opening hours rather than traveling on the assumption.
If a parcel arrives damaged
Inspect the outer packaging before opening it. If the carton is crushed, torn, soaked or has been opened and retaped, note that at the point of delivery where the carrier allows it, and photograph the parcel as it arrived before unpacking. Then photograph the contents.
Contact Zeba Shoes promptly with the order number, a short description and those photographs, and keep all the packaging until the matter is settled — carriers frequently ask to see it as part of a damage claim. Damaged or incorrect goods are not a change-of-mind return; the remedies for them are set out on our Refund and Returns page.
What Synvoraarc can and cannot do
To restate it plainly: Synvoraarc does not fulfill orders. We cannot check an order status, retrieve a tracking number, change an address, arrange a redelivery, open a carrier claim, or influence when a parcel arrives. Anyone who writes to us about a delivery will be pointed to Zeba Shoes, the only party that can help.
