Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy

Zeba hands-free shoes presented on this website are sold, dispatched and returned through Zeba Shoes. This page explains the return terms the merchant states, how to act on them, and exactly where Synvoraarc sits in the arrangement.

Who this policy belongs to

Synvoraarc is an affiliate storefront. We present the Zeba hands-free sneaker range and send readers to the official Zeba store to complete a purchase. We are not the seller: we do not take payment, hold stock, pack or dispatch parcels, process refunds, or receive returned goods.

Everything described below is handled by Zeba Shoes under the terms shown at checkout on zebashoes.com at the moment an order is placed, and those checkout terms are the ones that apply. This page is a plain-English explanation of the merchant's stated position and the practical steps that follow from it — it is not Zeba's own policy document and does not replace or amend anything the merchant publishes. Where the two differ, the merchant's version governs.

We should also be direct about the commercial side: Synvoraarc earns a commission when a reader buys after following a link from this website. That commission does not change the price a customer pays, and it gives us no role in a refund decision.

The return window in the merchant's own words

Zeba Shoes states the guarantee as follows: “If you don't love your Zeba shoes or they don't fit right, you can send them back for a full refund or exchange. There is a 30 day return policy that begins when you get your shoes.”

Two details there matter more than anything else on this page. The outcome is a customer choice between a full refund and an exchange, with fit an accepted reason rather than something to be argued. And the clock starts on delivery, not on the day the order was placed or dispatched, so time spent in transit does not eat into the window.

At a glance

30 days from delivery

The return period begins when the shoes reach you. Contacting the merchant inside that window is what preserves the right.

Refund or exchange

The merchant offers a full refund or an exchange. If the issue is sizing or width, say so when you make contact, because an exchange is usually the faster route to a pair that fits.

Contact the merchant, not us

Returns are opened with Zeba Shoes directly. Have your order number ready. Synvoraarc cannot open, approve, track or expedite a return on anyone's behalf.

Keep the box

Original packaging, the shoe box and anything supplied with the shoes should go back with them, in resalable condition.

How to start a return or exchange

Contact Zeba Shoes before sending anything back, so the return is recorded against your order and reaches the right place:

Zeba Shoes
3843 Spring Mountain Road, Las Vegas, NV 89102
Telephone: (201) 815-8852
Open six days a week, 10am–5pm PST, closed Sundays.

Have the order number to hand, along with the email address the order was placed under, the item and size, and a short description of the problem — too tight across the forefoot, wrong size delivered, damaged in transit. A clear one-line reason saves a round of correspondence, and a photograph helps where a fault is visible.

Wait for the merchant's return instructions before posting anything: a parcel sent back unannounced is the most common way for a return to go missing or arrive without anyone knowing whose order it belongs to. Keep proof of postage and any tracking reference until the refund or exchange has completed.

Condition of returned items

The expectation for a change-of-mind or fit return is that the shoes come back in resalable condition. In practice that means:

  • Unworn, or tried on indoors only, on a clean floor — the way anyone would test a fit at home.
  • Outsoles clean and unscuffed, with no grit, gravel, water marks or wear across the tread.
  • Original shoe box included and undamaged. The box is part of the product, so pack it inside an outer carton or mailer rather than taping a shipping label straight onto it.
  • Any accessories supplied with the shoes — insoles, spare laces, socks, inserts, care cards — returned complete and in resalable condition.
  • Labels, tags and any protective wrapping left attached or intact where they were supplied that way.

Some items behave differently by their nature, and it is fairer to say so up front. Shoes worn outdoors have been used rather than tried and cannot be put back on a shelf, so the merchant may decline them or offer a reduced remedy. Hygiene items such as socks and insoles, once their sealed packaging has been opened, generally cannot be resold and are usually excluded from change-of-mind returns. None of this narrows the guarantee — a pair that does not fit, tried on indoors and returned inside thirty days, is exactly what it is written for. Faulty items are a separate matter, covered below.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed by Zeba Shoes once the returned parcel has been received and inspected. Inspection is the point at which the merchant confirms the right item arrived and that its condition matches the reason given.

Once a refund is issued it goes back to the original payment method used for the order, and cannot be redirected to a different card, account or person. After the merchant releases it, the money still has to clear the customer's own bank, and that posting time is set by the bank rather than by the merchant or by us — the confirmation email normally arrives well before the balance moves.

We deliberately do not publish a fixed number of days for any part of this. What the merchant states at checkout on the official Zeba store at the time of purchase is what applies.

Exchanges for a different size or width

Fit is the most common reason anyone contacts a shoe retailer, and it is explicitly covered by the merchant's guarantee. If a pair runs long, short, narrow or wide, ask for an exchange rather than a refund and reorder: the merchant can handle it as one transaction.

Say clearly what is wrong — length, forefoot width, heel hold, instep pressure — and what size or width you would like instead. Availability of a particular size or colorway is decided by the merchant's stock, and any price difference, along with the arrangements for sending the replacement, are handled by Zeba Shoes under its checkout terms. Delivery of an exchange follows the process described on our Shipping Policy page.

Canceling an order before dispatch

An order that has not yet been dispatched can usually be canceled or amended more easily than one already in transit, so contact the merchant as soon as possible. Telephone is the quickest route during store hours.

Once a parcel has left the merchant it is in the carrier's hands and cancellation is no longer straightforward. The practical answer then is to accept the delivery and open a return under the 30-day window rather than refuse the parcel at the door. Synvoraarc cannot cancel, pause, amend or recall an order — we never hold one in the first place.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If a pair arrives with a manufacturing fault, is damaged in transit, or is not what was ordered, this is not a change-of-mind return and should not be treated as one. Contact Zeba Shoes promptly and keep the shipping packaging as well as the shoes until the matter is settled.

Remedies for faulty or incorrect goods are decided by the merchant under its own terms and any consumer rights that apply in the customer's jurisdiction. Statutory rights sit alongside a retailer's returns policy and are not removed by it.

Ordering or asking by telephone

Some customers would rather speak to a person than fill in a form, particularly when sizing is uncertain. Zeba Shoes can be reached on (201) 815-8852 during store hours, and the Las Vegas store at 3843 Spring Mountain Road is open six days a week from 10am to 5pm PST, closed Sundays. Any order taken, amended or refunded over the telephone is a transaction between the customer and the merchant, on the merchant's terms.

What Synvoraarc can and cannot do

We can explain how the process works, point to the right contact details, and correct this page if something on it is out of date. We cannot look up an order, confirm whether a return has been received, issue or chase a refund, arrange an exchange, or intervene in a decision made by the merchant.

General questions about this website, our disclosures or a correction to this page are welcome through our contact page. The wider terms governing use of this website are set out in our Terms and Conditions, and delivery is covered on our Shipping Policy page. For anything concerning a specific order, payment or return, contact Zeba Shoes directly.
